What we set out to do

Four storage bays of ≈ 31.7 m³ each, separated by 3 m retaining walls
5.5 m marked central aisle and 5 × 5.2 m sectional door for the loader
≈ 6 m clear height under the frame haunches

7 steel portal frames at 5 m centres, 14.4 m clear span
25 cm reinforced concrete retaining walls, independent of the sandwich panels
Four independent in-floor aeration circuits and ventilation above the bays
