Apartment block with a reinforced concrete frame

A finished G+8 apartment block with a taller G+10 section: insulated rendered façade, aluminium windows, balconies with glass balustrades and a stone-clad commercial ground floor. Structure mode shows the reinforced concrete frame under construction: columns on a 6 m grid, flat slabs, a rigid core for the stairs and lift, and the external steel escape stair.
